Landlord Assist is a subscription service for Landlords. Starting at less than £1 per day to cover all your mortgage advice for the year, as well as a variety of other discounts & rewards.
What is Landlord Assist?
Landlord Assist is our subscription service for Landlords. This lowers your costs and provides added value.
We spoke to lots of Landlords, and one of their highest costs is Mortgage Advice. Many paying around £500 several times per year for their mortgage advice.
Our Landlord Assist service lets you take back control and lower your finances, without lowering the quality of the advice you receive.
Do I get a more basic service?
No. The mortgage advice service offered by our Landlord Assist packages is exactly the same as if you paid our full price for each mortgage (£698.00)
You get your own personal Mortgage Broker, with a phone number to get hold of them directly. They are often available to answer questions outside of the normal 9-5 working day as well. We are not a massive corporation, this allows us to offer a great level of service at a great price.
What is included with Landlord Assist?
These are the services currently included with Landlord Assist (We add more all the time)
- Unlimited mortgage advice, DIPs and mortgage applications
- Weekly newsletter with what’s actually going on in the mortgage market, no more relying on the national news. We’ll also include some top line product information for the week to give you an idea of what rates look like.
- Friends & family discounts
- Monthly Zoom Q&A sessions with special guest specialists.
- Landlords insurance from 5* DeFaqto rated providers
- Covers: BTL, Ltd Co BTL, HMO, MUFB, Holiday Lets, Residential
- Bridging Finance can also be advised on inside this package. Including refurbishment buy to let products.
But how much does it actually cost?
We have 3 pricing tiers depending on the size of your portfolio:
1-3 Properties | £30 per month |
4-7 properties | £60 per month |
8+ properties | £99 per month |
This allows us to keep costs down for the newer landlords that are still building their portfolio, whilst keeping costs low for our larger portfolio landlords.
What’s the catch?
Quite simply, there isn’t one. We have a minimum 12 month subscription to begin with, this should give you a chance to try all our services out at least once in the year.
On average a portfolio landlord spends £1,800 per year on mortgage advice. Often more. We are aiming to lower that cost and spread it out so you know what your outgoings will be.
Will you be adding anything else to the package?
Yes! We intend to add further services such as ILAs, Conveyancing and more to the Landlord Assist package at some point in the future. However, we have not finalised the details of these added features yet.
We are also considering a monthly podcast alongside the Landlord Assist package to help with general information.
What Family & Friends discount can we get?
If you have Family & Friends that need help in any of the areas we cover we will do that at a discount as well.
For example for a residential mortgage for a friend of family member they would only pay £199.00. If they want a Will, Albion Forest Wills would only charge £49.99.
